Mentor	U14 - U18 with D3 or higher playing experience. The mentor is to assist NRS coaches in the proper technique of ball mastery, foot skills, passing, general laws of the game and general tactics of the game. Mentors are there to demonstrate and to assure the coach that proper technique is being taught. They are not to be used to run practices but to assist in running the coach’s practices. They will also lead Ripple sessions.
Jr Mentor	U13 - U14 with D3 or higher playing experience. Assist mentor for Ripples. May help with teams base on DOC or VP approval
Prementor	Volunteer U11 - U12 with D3 playing experience. Assist with Ripples
Objective	Learn to love teaching soccer and set good example for young children and parents.
