This is a free program for U8 and U7 players registered to play this season with NRS, who want a progressively challenging training session. The training sessions will be more intense and at a faster pace. Players signing up for this will be expected to participate in all 8 weeks and be prepared to build on what was learned the previous week. This program is geared toward players who are interested in the option to go to competitive soccer at U9.
