Years of playing soccer: Started when I was
6...1984...which was 25 years ago...on and off for
1/4 century.
Soccer History: Began playing when I was six years
old. Began playing competitive soccer during the
summers. Became co-captain of Bowling Green
United. We won the state tournament in Kentucky in
1994-ish. I played for BG United for about 4 years. I
played for Warren Central High School beginning in
8th grade. Our HS team won District all 5 years I
played. I was Varsity co-captain my Sophomore year
and captain my Junior and Senior years. I got the
most improved award Sophomore year and
Most Valuable Player my Senior year. I was All-District
and All -Region my senior year. I played club soccer
at the University of Kentucky my freshman year in
college and have played in some adult recreational
leagues since then.
License Level: National C
Feelings towards the game in general: It touches
my heart in special places. I enjoy the flowing nature of the
game that requires decisions and improvisation from every
player. I enjoy learning more and more about it.
