Tournament refund policy: If your team played two games this weekend, you will receive a $100 discount to the next tournament you play at Stones River Futbol Club within the next 12 months. If your team played one game, you will receive a 50% refund. If your team did not play any games to at least half, you will receive a full refund. No trophies will be awarded for this tournament.

Due to excessive rain and field saturation the remainder of the tournament has been CANCELLED.  Refund and awards information will be posted shortly.

AUGUST 21, 2010, 10:00PM:

The new schedule has been posted. We have tried to keep teams on the same fields, but there may be a few changes.
Games have been shortened. We will send an e-mail to each team just like we did before the tournament.
Please check your game times. There may be some coaching conflicts that are unavoidable.

AUGUST 11, 2010: IMPORTANT HEAT RELATED INFORMATION. PLEASE READ

Coaches, parents and players: We are hoping that the weather will cooperate for our upcoming tournament Aug. 20-22, but please be advised that players need to be hydrated extremely well BEFORE, DURING and AFTER they play. We also will have bags of ice for sale if you wish to bring coolers.

I’m sure you are all aware of the dangers of excessive heat exposure, and we at the tournament will be taking steps to prevent any heat-related incidents.

Referees will give brief water breaks during each half of each game, and the clock will continue to run during these breaks. Players may not leave the field during the extra water breaks. Other measures may be taken as needed, depending on the heat index.
Pop-up style tents will also be allowed on the sidelines.

AUGUST 1, 2010 UPDATE: SCHEDULE HAS BEEN POSTED.

All attempts have been made to accommodate coaching conflicts and requests on the schedule.  However, there is no way to 
guarantee that there will not be conflicts on Sunday during the consolation, semi-finals and finals.  It is strongly suggested that 
all coaches who are bringing multiple teams to the tournament, make sure they have an assistant coach available for the games 
on Sunday.



This schedule is final and changes will only be made in the event of a scheduling error.

The Stones River Futbol Club Summer Shootout 2010 will be held on August 20 - 22, 2010. Entry deadline: July 23, 2010.
